With dreams of owning his own business, Ritch climbed the ladder first working at Mattiace's Barber Shop, co-founding Richard Nicholas with Nicholas Berardi, and managing Anthony Joseph Salon. In 1980 Ritch opened Manstyle Hair Creations. After realizing the overwhelming demand for a unisex salon, Manstyle transitioned into DeCarlo Hair Salon 8 years later and remains today. Nowadays you can find Ritch managing and working as a barber/stylist, making sure every client leaves happy with a fresh haircut or beard trim.
